BlueSprig has a BCBA job opening in Wesley Chapel, Florida. As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total Annual Compensation: Up to $101,000

Annual Salary: $80,000-$85,000

Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 $18,000 (paid monthly)

Sign On Bonus: $5,000$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
