The Ideal Candidate Providing a 5‑star, service‑minded approach to patient care. Communicating with patients with compassion and addressing their concerns. Understanding doctor treatment planning to better educate patients. Recognizing the mouth‑body connection and its impact on overall wellness. Accurately documenting existing conditions and planning new treatment. Proven chairside assisting experience (Preferred). Certification for coronal polishing (Preferred). Holding a certification from an accredited dental assistant program (Preferred). Thriving in a team‑oriented environment, multitasking, and problem‑solving.
