  NOW HIRING: MACHINE OPERATOR ASSISTANTS! ??

Location: Aurora, IL
2nd Shift: 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Our client is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join their team as Machine Operator Assistants!

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will play an important role in the production process by helping ensure machinery operates efficiently and products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up, calibrate, and operate manufacturing and powered equipment.

• Monitor machine operations and production quality.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.

• Accurately document production and maintenance activities.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Schedule Requirements

• Monday–Friday

• 2:50 PM–11:00 PM

• Must be willing to work any shift as needed.

• Must be available for daily overtime and weekend work when required.

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment 
• Ability to comply with all safety regulations 
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic manufacturing math 
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. 
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and navigate stairs throughout the entire shift (with or without reasonable accommodation) 
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (hot and humid during Summer/Fall) 
• Ability to work various shifts, daily overtime, and weekends depending on workload
