Translate long‑term corporate vision into actionable regional initiatives, establishing clear KPIs and milestones to drive success across multi‑site facilities. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Embed a proactive safety culture across all facilities; ensure adherence to PPE, health policies, and regional safety metrics. Partner with safety teams to audit and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, state regulations, and corporate SOPs. Continuously refine standard operating procedures to optimize compliance, minimize risk, and adapt to evolving industry standards. Executive Leadership & Talent Development Build a high‑performance culture of collaboration and employee engagement to advance performance goals. Partner with HR on workforce planning, targeted hiring, training initiatives, and succession planning through coaching and mentorship. Performance Execution & Financial Acumen Develop strategic CapEx budgets and manage approved capital investments to maximize ROI. Drive lean performance to reduce waste, control costs, and eliminate operational bottlenecks for optimal plant uptime and bottom‑line results. Supply Chain, Quality & Customer Experience Lead all aspects of the gas supply chain, coordinating distribution to plants and end‑users. Enforce rigorous quality and delivery standards to ensure accuracy, product quality, and seamless fulfillment for internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in bulk and packaged gas industry or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related production environment. Experience with SAP or a comparable enterprise software system; intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace preferred. Record of managing capital expenditure budgets and coordinating capital allocations with standard financial principles. Experience navigating union agreements and labor relations; preferred. Deep familiarity with federal/state regulations, OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, hazardous materials classifications, vehicle purchasing, maintenance, and safety reporting. Experience applying Lean Six Sigma data‑driven methodologies to continuous improvement.
