Description - Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-as per established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure the reliability of lab instruments through regular maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with specimen collection, preparing samples for testing as required.
• Keep thorough documentation of all procedures performed, assist in training new staff or students, and help maintain high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment with us.
