Walpole, NH area, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9a-2pDirect Support Professional (DSP) Needed – 25 Hours/Week ($18.00/hr)Seeking a caring and reliable Direct Support Professional to work with an adult male with disabilities. Responsibilitiesinclude providing community support and helping him engage in social and recreational activities.Hours: 25 per weekDirect Support Professional Requirements:transportation of individual for errands, appointments and community participant programscontinued support and development of individual's monthly goalsmaintain accurate records of daily activities, behaviors and progressTraining will be provided in all applicable areas for each programDirect Support Professional minimum qualifications include:a sound ethical foundation, dedication, creativity, commitment to building a relationship, sense of humor and ability to work in a team environment.This position requires auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100K/300K for injury and liability Pre-employment Background Check Requirements: Criminal records, motor vehicle record, Bureau of Adult and Aging Services (BAAS), Division of Child, Youth and Families (DCYF), Office of Inspector General (OIG)
