Collections specialist

A industry leader since 1990, is looking for motivated and professional Collections Specialists to join our growing team in Danvers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for consumers, helping them resolve outstanding balances in the healthcare, financial, and educational sectors..

salary: $22 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries regarding delinquent accounts.
• Negotiation: Establish payment plans or settlements according to client-specific guidelines.
• Data Accuracy: Accurately update consumer demographics and document all interactions in the recovery software.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), HIPAA (medical privacy), and Massachusetts state collection laws.
