Inventory Clerk II

Spare Parts Clerk Shift: Monday - Friday, AM - PM (flexible; manager open to negotiations). Department open AM and closes at ___ (flexible schedule). Responsibilities Actively participate as a committed member of the BBP/Maintenance team and work collaboratively to achieve department and plant goals and objectives. Understand and take complete ownership of all spare parts in the facility. Retrieve updated pricing on all parts to ensure accuracy of CMMIS. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal, and local laws. Understand and follow standard operating procedures, forms, job performance measures, and training aids for the Cycle Count Operation. Perform related duties as assigned. Work on/with computers, telephones, and virtual collaboration environments. Perform extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, climbing; occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to ___ pounds. Safely work in a manufacturing and/or maintenance shop environment. Monitor and maintain spare parts warehouse for inventory accuracy. Receive parts and perform Goods Issue in SAP. Perform cycle counts and full physical counts for spare parts. Perform administrative duties to support the maintenance team. Retrieve all quotes needed for all goods and supplies for maintenance. Receive parts and packages from warehouse. Review inventory for obsolete spare parts. Receive store and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom warehouse or storage yard. Keep records and compile stock reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr Abacus Service Corporation
