Marketing & Social Media Manager

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Denver, Colorado.We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Manager who wants to help build brands, launch new initiatives, & play a meaningful role in the growth of two dynamic businesses.You will work directly with Michelle Glass and our leadership team to manage marketing initiatives, social media content, video production, database marketing, listing promotions, and website updates for both Glass Properties Group and the Independent Multifamily Owners Collective.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, loves learning new technology, embraces AI tools, and wants the opportunity to help build something from the ground up.Compensation$55,000 - $70,000 annual base salaryPerformance bonus opportunitiesScheduleMonday through Friday9:00 AM – 5:00 PMIn-office positionBenefitsW-2 employment10 days PTO5 sick daysPaid major holidaysOngoing professional development opportunitiesAI and technology training supportWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleThe ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and excited about growth.
