We re hiring a Part-Time Dentist who wants a predictable schedule, significant bonus potential, and a mission-driven role.
You ll step into a community-focused role providing essential dental care to children and adolescents.
You ll practice in Allentown, a city known for its award-winning parks and rich history, all with a manageable cost of living.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $85,500 - $127,500
- Annual incentive plan up to 18%
- $20,000 in total bonuses (Sign-on and Retention)
- 13 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)
- $2,500 CME allowance plus 20 hours
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 403(b) retirement with 4% match
- $4,000 relocation assistance
