Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager
$160k - $170k Salary: $160,000-$170,000 base (Negotiable) plus full benefits including 401(k) with match, medical benefits, PTO & paid holidays, and more

Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to help lead operations for a newly opening home infusion branch in the Glendale/Los Angeles area. The role will oversee sterile compounding operations, clinical pharmacy services, pharmacy staff leadership, workflow management, and quality initiatives within a highly specialized home infusion environment.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to help lead operations for a newly opening home infusion branch in the Glendale/Los Angeles area. Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Oversee sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and clinical pharmacy services
- Coordinate daily pharmacy operations and workflow management
- Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training pharmacy personnel
- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development activities
- Maintain pharmacist on-call schedules and provide coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- An active California Pharmacist license is required
- Minimum 5 years of home infusion pharmacy experience
- Strong sterile compounding and IV admixture experience
- Prior pharmacy leadership or supervisory experience preferred
