eCommerce Manager (North America and UK) - Remote

We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead our North America and UK digital business. Based remotely in Los Angeles, you'll own the regional eCommerce strategy, driving revenue growth across our DTC websites, marketplaces and digital channels while partnering closely with our Global Head Office in Melbourne, Australia.

What you'll do:

Own the Regional eCommerce Strategy

Lead the commercial performance of our North America and UK eCommerce business, taking ownership of revenue, forecasting, trading plans and digital growth. You'll identify opportunities, solve challenges and drive initiatives that improve both customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Lead Marketplace Growth

Own the strategy and performance of Amazon and other marketplace channels across the region. Working with agency partners and internal stakeholders, you'll optimize product content, promotional activity, pricing and trading plans to drive revenue, profitability and market share.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

Partner with our Global CRM team to localize customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns and retention initiatives. You'll use customer insights and data to improve engagement, loyalty and long-term customer value across the region.

Drive Digital Marketing Performance

Work closely with our performance marketing agency to maximize return on investment across paid search, social, display and affiliate channels. You'll provide commercial direction, review performance and continuously optimize acquisition and conversion outcomes.

Turn Data into Growth

Own regional forecasting and reporting, transforming performance data into actionable insights. You'll provide clear recommendations to leadership, identify emerging opportunities and help shape future digital strategy across North America and the UK.

Collaborate Across a Global Business

As the regional digital lead, you'll partner closely with teams across Marketing, Brand, Product, CRM and Digital in both North America and our Global HQ in Melbourne, ensuring regional initiatives remain locally relevant while aligned to our global strategy.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with a passion for digital retail and customer experience.

- 7+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital commerce or online retail, ideally within a consumer or retail brand.

- Proven success managing revenue, trading performance and digital growth across one or more online markets.

- Strong understanding of Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM platforms and marketplace ecosystems such as Amazon.

- Experience working with digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, email and lifecycle marketing.

- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into commercial actions and measurable outcomes.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams and external agency partners.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
