About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead its manufacturing business with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and operational performance. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility and will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, production, engineering, quality, and team development. Key responsibilities for this role include owning revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, pricing, and margins, leading sales, marketing, and customer relationships, and working to improve production, quality, efficiency, and factory utilization. The President will also be expected to build and develop strong leadership teams, identify and solve business and operational issues, and expand into new markets to grow the customer base. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a proven track record in leading and growing a manufacturing business, with strong experience in P&L, financial, sales, and operations. An entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven leadership style is essential. While not mandatory, experience in metal fabrication, machining, contract manufacturing, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or industrial manufacturing is preferred. The role requires a leader who can manage working capital effectively and maintain financial discipline while driving the business forward.
