Inventory Coordinator

Job Title: Inventory Coordinator I (2nd Shift)
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345
Duration: 12+ Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
Shift - 3.30 pm to 2.00 am (Monday to Thursday)
Work Environmen
- tApproximately 65%–75% of the work is performed in a clean room environment
- .Remaining duties are completed in the warehouse, including material transfers
- .Required clean room PPE includes gown, hairnet, beard net (if applicable), shoe covers, gloves, and safety glasses
- .Safety shoes are required when operating warehouse equipment
- .All necessary PPE is provided by the company

Key Responsibiliti
- esKit medical device production orders by accurately counting and documenting component
- s.Perform inventory transactions and material movements in SAP ER
- P.Process Goods Receipts and maintain inventory accurac
- y.Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manne
- r.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational goal
- s.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmen
- t.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writin
- g.Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environmen
- t.Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as neede
- d.Follow company procedures, work instructions, and quality standard
- s.Handle chemicals safely when required, with proper training and PPE provide
- d.Support overtime requirements based on business need
- s.Perform additional duties as assigne
