Talent Acquisition Specialist Fully On-Site | Full-Time | Flexible Monday-Friday Schedule | $25.00/hour | Davie, Florida About the Role Lead full-cycle recruiting and help shape the new-hire experience through each employee’s first 100 days. You’ll partner with hiring managers across Adolescent Wellness Academy and Principles Recovery Center to identify talented people who will strengthen our clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership teams. This is a growth-focused opportunity for a recruiter who wants to expand beyond filling positions and build experience in talent strategy, employer branding, onboarding, and employee experience. Relevant Backgrounds: Talent Acquisition Corporate Recruiting Healthcare Recruiting Staffing Recruitment Coordination Human Resources What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer, clearance, and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Recruit for clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership positions Conduct structured interviews using Breezy HR, scorecards, and Topgrading principles Lead hiring huddles and provide clear candidate recommendations, interview feedback, and recruiting data Coordinate references, background screenings, drug testing, credential verification, and onboarding records Monitor pre-start readiness, training, manager check-ins, new-hire feedback, and 100-day retention Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, schools, career fairs, and community partnerships Support employer-branding and recruitment-marketing initiatives that highlight our culture and opportunities What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related experience Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking, and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple openings, competing priorities, deadlines, and hiring metrics Organized, responsive, data-minded, and comfortable communicating with candidates and leaders Interest in growing across talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee experience Ability to work fully onsite, travel locally, and satisfy DCF and AHCA Level 2 background-screening requirements Preferred Experience recruiting in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or another regulated environment Experience with Breezy HR or another applicant tracking system Experience with structured interviewing, Topgrading, onboarding, or credentialing Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, or career events Bilingual in English and Spanish Schedule and Local Travel Set your Monday-Friday hours around interviews, recruiting priorities, and events. This is a fully on-site position with occasional local travel to company locations, schools, career fairs, and community events. Approved business mileage is reimbursed according to company policy.
