This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.**Responsibilities*** Supporting and leading initiative teams in driving improvements for our clients through data analytics and operational process improvement* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance.* Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.* Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor and assess the success of healthcare strategies and operations.* Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and contribute to business growth efforts.**Qualifications****Education and Experience*** **Educational Requirement:** Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree* **Authorized to work in the US.****Skills and Competencies*** Experienced consultant leader focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for our healthcare clients* Designer and lead executor of data analytics. This role has a salary range of **$125,000-$210,000** and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
