- Lead & Inspire: Advocate for residents, families, and staff while fostering a strong team environment.
- Hire & Train: Participate actively in the recruitment process, set clear expectations, and train staff in quality care standards and techniques.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain and ensure adherence to company and state regulations.
- Manage Schedules: Fully responsible for creating and managing staff schedules.
- Develop & Maintain Care Plans: Create and update detailed care plans for residents to ensure they receive the best care.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget and financial performance, ensuring the community operates within its financial means.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Family & Community Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents' families and the broader community.
- Experience: Healthcare supervisory experience in senior care.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Compassion: A genuine passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple priorities.
- License: Ability to obtain your Administrator license.

- Must possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and personal automobile insurance
- Must be able to lift up to thirty-five (35) pounds unassisted
