Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist X-ray / Radiography Certification Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Education: Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date State X-ray certification. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate patient interaction and education. Professionalism: Strong time management skills and a commitment to reliability and teamwork. Job Description Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing, to prevent and treat periodontal disease. Diagnostics & Imaging: Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings. Patient Education: Provide personalized health education and counseling on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits to improve patient outcomes. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charting using digital practice management systems. Infection Control: Adhere to strict sterilization and safety protocols to ensure a sterile and safe clinical environment for both patients and staff.
