Meal Preparation & Household Support: Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help maintain a clean, organized living environment. Medication & Wellness Support: Provide medication reminders and observe/report basic health changes. Companionship & Engagement: Provide conversation, emotional support, games, walks, and accompaniment to appointments or errands. Mobility & Exercise Assistance: Support prescribed stretches and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
