Crack Seal / Seal Coat Superintendent Summary The Superintendent oversees crack seal and seal coat crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. This role supports the Division Manager by coordinating daily operations, equipment readiness, and workforce performance while helping projects meet or exceed budget goals.
