Job Title: Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) – Contractor (Remote/Hybrid) Location: Silver Spring, MD (Hybrid: Remote with in-person availability once per week preferred but not required) Compensation: $100–$110 per new client intake Flexible scheduling; compensation based on clients seen About Us: Next Generation Wellness is a private practice committed to delivering high-quality mental health and comprehensive psychiatric care to our community. Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C) to join our team as an independent contractor. This remote/hybrid position offers telehealth flexibility, with in-person availability once per week preferred but not required. Responsibilities: Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews Provide individual, family, or group therapy using evidence-based approaches Develop and implement treatment plans collaboratively with clients Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality according to Maryland licensing regulations Qualifications: Active LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C license in Maryland Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related mental health field 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health preferred Experience working with diverse populations and diagnoses Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Supportive and collaborative team player Our company covers all billing and credentialing requirements Includes 3 hours of clinical supervision per month by an LCSW-C Board Supervisor for LMSW candidates Opportunities for professional development Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their resume to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Generation Wellness
