What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill infants within a Level-III NICU
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Assist with covering the newborn nursery and post-delivery care
• Manage patient assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring
• Support families and communicate effectively regarding patient status
• Contribute to a luxury, single-room NICU environment recognized for outstanding design and patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (must be BC in Neonatal)
  • 2+ years of NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
• Preferred:
  • Experience in Level III NICU settings
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
