Job Summary:Disney Digital Entertainment is looking for a Producer I to join us on an ambitious and exciting project. Working with top-class industry talent, this role is perfect for the seasoned game developer looking to create something epic, collaborating with a robust group of developers focusing on individual experiences to create a wonderfully rich and cohesive product that is truly “Disney”.This is a remote opportunity and will report to the Executive Producer.What You Will Do:Assist with the day-to-day production operations of a cross-functional team to bring interactive experiences to lifeHelp to maintain and track the feature team's schedule using project management toolsSupport the team in organizing key rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and playtestsEscalate blockers and keep production leadership aware of potential issuesServe as a key asset within the development team, providing crucial support and organizational assistanceChampion the production vision for the project within DisneyCoordinate with internal partners across Disney, Pixar, 20th Century, Lucasfilm, and Marvel to manage asset and brand approvalsAssist the production team with other tasks as necessaryRequired Qualifications And Skills:3 years of experience specifically in product development/production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment Are flexible, adaptable and a team playerCan build strong relationships with team membersHave had some involvement in the creation and release of a successful AAA live-operated game in a production roleEnjoy creative problem solving, working through unique development challenges, and building something new and innovativeLove learning new things, are calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Basic knowledge of Jira, Excel, Confluence, Airtable and other asset management softwareContributed to at least one mobile, console, and/or PC games with live operations componentsEducation:A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceThe hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $87,100 to $116,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
