Overview : The Project Manager (Luxury Retail, Residential & Commercial) is responsible for successful execution of assigned construction projects through the facilitation & planning of all construction activities and fulfillment of all project milestones and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities :

\n

\n
• Oversee the full life cycle, inclusive of Pre-Construction, of multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring they remain on schedule and on budget.
\n
• Determine and control the critical path of all assigned projects.
\n
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project timelines and budget.
\n
• Establish performance / budget / safety goals for team.
\n
• Regular review of projects to identify scheduling, staffing, budgeting or performance issues.
\n
• Oversee jobsite administration of documentation, drawings and specs.
\n
• Administer and maintain progress schedule, procurement log, budget and invoicing function.
\n
• Consult with Estimating Department to ensure validity of bid and buy-out.
\n
• Direct and supervise Assistant Project Manager (APM).
\n
• Facilitate weekly meetings with Client and Architect to review progress and look ahead schedules.
\n
• Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure job site safety and progress.
\n
• Work proactively to review and correct all project submittals to maintain schedule.
\n
• Assist with procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
\n
• Ensure project closeout within 45 days of completion.
\n
• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Owner’s rep, Designers / Architects, sub-contractors and industry contacts (landlords, local business owners, etc.) to continually address issues and concerns.

• Generate project progress reports (budget/schedule) as required.
\n
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Schedule: Hybrid, after successful completion of 90 day onboarding period, 4 days in-person and 1 day remote

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
\n
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
\n
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience with: high end retail, luxury residential, commercial construction experience.
\n
• A minimum of seven (7) years of General Contractor experience.
\n
• Experience managing multiple high-end, fast track, projects simultaneously.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Experience with Procore.
\n
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
\n
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
\n
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
