Technical Project Manager (HR/Payroll Systems)

Purple DriveWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead HR/Payroll system integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in HR data management, payroll system integrations, and end-to-end implementation of HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee HR/Payroll system integrations, with a focus on benefits to payroll data flow.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Lead data migration activities including seeding, mapping, and transformation for new systems/tools.Work with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and ADP/EY (preferred).Draft and review technical documentation, features, and user stories.Ensure compliance with HR data input, processing, and payroll provider-specific output requirements.Provide project leadership across HR/Payroll implementations, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Required Skills18+ years of overall IT/project management experience.Prior HR/Payroll system integration experience, with benefits/payroll data handling.Strong understanding of HR data collection, input, and payroll translation processes.Experience in drafting and interpreting BRDs, process documents, and user stories.Proven data migration expertise (mapping, seeding, transformation).Excellent technical writing and communication skills.Preferred SkillsHands-on experience with SuccessFactors and ADP/EY.Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
