ECC Exteriors is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Pacific Northwest team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction estimating who can independently manage bids, analyze project requirements, and contribute to winning work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for large-scale exterior renovation projects. * Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to fully understand scope, risks, and requirements. * Develop detailed takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. * Lead and manage the bid process from initial review through final submission. * Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and leadership to ensure competitive and strategic bids. * Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals. * Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits as needed. * Maintain and refine estimating databases, cost history, and tools. Qualifications and Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in construction estimating (exterior renovations, multi-family, or commercial preferred). * Proven ability to manage estimates independently and meet tight deadlines. * Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost drivers. * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel outside the region as needed. Work Environment: * Combination of office-based work and on-site project visits. * Travel between job sites across Washington and Oregon.
