Quality Manager - Mass Timber Construction

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Manager with hands-on experience in mass timber installation , specifically CLT, glulam, NLT, and DLT . The Quality Manager will oversee quality control across fabrication and field installation and ensure projects meet specifications, drawings, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect CLT, glulam, NLT, and DLT installation at job sites.
• Oversee QA/QC activities for mass timber fabrication and construction.
• Review drawings, specifications, and installation plans.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality audits.
• Maintain inspection reports and project quality documentation.
• Work closely with project managers, fabrication teams, and field crews.
• Help reduce rework and improve overall project quality.

Key Requirement:

• Direct experience with mass timber installation is required , particularly CLT, glulam, NLT, and/or DLT .
• Construction, fabrication, or QA/QC experience in mass timber is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
