Communicate professionally with internal departments, finance leadership, vendors, and external partners regarding grant‑related activity. Exercise sound judgment while working independently on day‑to‑day fiscal tasks, follow‑up items, and documentation needs. Maintain strong attention to detail when reviewing financial information, processing requests, and organizing supporting documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with two years of grant management experience preferred. Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field with four years of grant management experience preferred. Experience with grant administration, fiscal tracking, contract monitoring, public‑sector finance, or related financial operations strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred, including comfort working with spreadsheets, balances, and detailed financial data. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through when managing documentation, requests, and deadlines. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
