Activity Aide - Greenville, Pennsylvania Join Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Greenville, an esteemed provider of healthcare services, as an Activity Aide in our esteemed facility, The Grove at Greenville in Greenville, PA. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment that promotes the overall well‑well-being and engagement of our residents. About the Role: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activities and programs to meet the social, emotional, and recreational needs of our residents. Cooperate with activity staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized activity plans. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Participate in conducting assessments to identify the interests and needs of our residents. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and lead activities such as games, arts and crafts, worship services, and outdoor activities Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving for special events and activities Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback Support and assist with resident transportation and escorts as needed Participate in in-service training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Previous experience in healthcare, gerontology, or a related field preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects and materials as needed Why Join Us: At Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Greenville, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
