Project Manager Location: Raleigh, Client Sites (Multiple Job Locations) Industry: Residential & Multi-Family Construction Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 plus bonus opportunities About the Company Join a growing residential and multi-family construction services company specializing in concrete, masonry, landscaping, grading, and plumbing. Position Overview The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while managing jobsite activities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and expectations.
• Visit active job sites to monitor progress and address needs.
• Direct subcontractors and field teams to meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Track costs, budgets, profitability, and project documentation.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Foster a positive, professional, productive work environment.
• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Review and approve project invoices and equipment expenses.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and quality.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to build strong client, vendor, and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Basic computer and practical math skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
