Key Responsibilities
Fit and install commercial and industrial mechanical insulation accurately, safely, and professionally.
Install insulation on piping, equipment, ductwork, and related mechanical systems according to project requirements.
Install metal jacketing over insulation using metalworking tools such as slip rollers, brakes, benders, and related equipment.
Measure, cut, fit, lay out, and secure insulation materials with limited supervision.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite throughout the project.
Build and break down scaffolding when required.
Assist with or complete project documentation, including work tickets, JSAs, work permits, production reports, and QA/QC reports.
Communicate professionally with foremen, project teams, customers, general contractors, and other trades.
Follow company processes, safety policies, and jobsite procedures.
Participate in required safety and job training.
Drive large pickups with enclosed trailers when needed and qualified.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Commercial or industrial mechanical insulation experience.
Ability to install mechanical insulation accurately and safely with limited supervision.
Experience installing insulation on piping, equipment, ductwork, or related mechanical systems.
Reliable transportation to and from worksites.
Strong attendance, punctuality, and personal accountability.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work respectfully and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and other trades.
Ability to follow company processes, safety rules, and jobsite procedures.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
OSHA 30, or willingness to obtain OSHA 30 before starting jobsite work.

Helpful Qualifications
Industrial mechanical insulation experience.
Data center, hospital, school, government, large commercial, or industrial project experience.
Metal jacketing experience.
Ability to read plans, drawings, specifications, or insulation schedules.
Scaffolding experience.
Bilingual skills.
Safeland card.
MSHA card.
