What You'll Do Assisting with food preparation, including slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients. Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Supporting the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed. Handling heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) to move supplies and equipment. Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (prep cook, dishwasher, or kitchen support). The ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
