Senior Workday Analyst

Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to join a growing team in New York City. This role is ideal for a Workday professional with strong hands-on experience across multiple modules who enjoys working cross-functionally, partnering with stakeholders, and driving improvements across the Workday platform.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Serve as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for Workday across multiple functional areas and modules \n
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions \n
- Lead and support Workday configuration, enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization \n
- Evaluate business processes and recommend Workday solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience \n
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, integrations, and system updates \n
- Develop and maintain business processes, calculated fields, reports, security, and other Workday configurations as needed \n
- Participate in projects and initiatives involving new functionality, process improvements, and broader Workday implementations \n
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve them \n
- Create documentation, testing plans, and training materials as needed \n
- Stay current on Workday functionality and recommend opportunities to leverage new capabilities \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday in an analyst, configuration, or similar role \n
- Strong hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules \n
- Experience with areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Financials, Reporting, Security, or Integrations \n
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, and system functionality \n
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Workday solutions \n
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders \n
- Workday certification(s) strongly preferred \n
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in New York City \n
