Are you a rock star closer? Do you enjoy helping people while making uncapped commission? We are seeking experienced Debt Relief Sales Closers to join our team! In this vital role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills and financial industry knowledge to engage potential clients, assess their debt situations, and guide them through the debt relief process. Responsibilities
- Take qualified inbound leads that are pre-screened with an average of $40K debt load.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing debt relief services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to build rapport, understand client needs, and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Perform credit analysis and debt settlement assessments to determine eligibility for debt relief programs.
- Manage customer interactions efficiently within CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up tracking.
- Aim to close sales while ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, explaining service benefits, and guiding clients through the application process.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of debt settlement experience with a demonstrated level of high performance.
- Proficient in pipeline management, managing clients from lead through closing, utilizing consistent outreach and follow up efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct sales calls effectively while providing outstanding customer service.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Coachable and responsive to constructive feedback.
