What you will do: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focused on acquiring new customers and achieving revenue goals Identify and engage potential US -based retail and CPG clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges. Present compelling demonstrations that highlight the value of data analytics solutions in driving informed business decisions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a smooth customer experience. Strategically negotiate and close deals, aligning contract terms and pricing with business objectives. Stay informed about US industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions in the US market. Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting. A proven track record of success in enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling analytics, data, or technology solutions to US retail or CPG businesses. A strong understanding of the US retail and related industries, including key challenges and market dynamics. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and utilize consultative selling approaches. A self-starter mentality, strong organizational skills, and a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and sales analytics platforms. Flexibility to travel as needed within the United States to meet with clients and attend industry events.
