Production Lead
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Saturday
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Production Lead to help oversee daily production operations. The Production Lead will assist with coordinating employees, monitoring production, maintaining quality, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production employees during the shift
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance
- Ensure production goals and deadlines are met
- Monitor product quality and production processes
- Train new employees on procedures and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Communicate production issues to management
- Assist with production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous production or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work well with a team
