Production LeadWe are hiring an experienced and dependable Production Lead to help oversee daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. BILINGUAL REQUIRED – MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND ENGLISH.The Production Lead will support and guide production employees, help maintain productivity and quality standards, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.ResponsibilitiesLead and support production employees during the assigned shiftCommunicate instructions clearly with Spanish- and English-speaking employeesOrganize daily production activities and help keep the production line running efficientlyMonitor employee performance, productivity, and attendanceEnsure production goals and deadlines are metTrain and assist employees with proper work proceduresMonitor product quality and report issues to managementEnsure employees follow safety, sanitation, and production proceduresHelp troubleshoot production issues and communicate problems to supervisorsAssist with staffing and workflow adjustments as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComplete production paperwork and required documentationCommunicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and managementQualificationsMust be bilingual in Spanish and EnglishPrevious experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or a lead/supervisory positionStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shiftComfortable working 8- or 10-hour shifts as neededAbility to follow safety and production proceduresAbility to lead by example and motivate a production teamProduction Environment: The facility manufactures nutritional products and works with raw materials such as collagen, proteins, wheatgrass, whey, soy, and similar ingredients. Some materials may have strong odors inside the facility.
