Location: Fort Worth, TX 76133
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + On-Call

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our Fort Worth team. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong communication with applicants, clients, and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have previous staffing or recruiting experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather position requirements and prepare or update job descriptions.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruiting methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, availability, and client requirements.
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming positions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Assist with high-volume and light industrial staffing needs.
• Build positive and professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Participate in on-call recruiting responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Light industrial staffing agency experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual and proficient in English and Spanish .
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards and social media platforms.
• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews.
• Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
