Accounting Clerk - Contract to Hire City of Industry, CA | $22-$27/hour DOE | Fully Onsite We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting operations within a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting both AP and general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform 3-way matching between purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation
- Assist with invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate accounting records
- Support account reconciliations and assist with discrepancy resolution
- Review supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with internal procedures
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to clarify billing or purchasing issues
- Maintain organized electronic and physical accounting files
- Assist accounting team with month-end preparation tasks as needed
- Minimum 3+ years of accounting or accounting support experience
- Experience with invoice processing and purchase order matching
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working in accounting systems
- Ability to work fully onsite in City of Industry
