Water & Wastewater Estimator — Civil Infrastructure

LVI Associates is seeking an Estimator to support the pursuit and pricing of municipal and industrial infrastructure projects in Houston. The role involves preparing competitive cost estimates for treatment plants, pump stations, and pipelines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of estimating experience in water and wastewater construction and proficiency with software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam.
