Parts Counterperson Sales Associate

Pay Scale

Base hourly compensation ranges between $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus substantial bonus opportunities based on overall performance and productivity.

What You’ll Do

Assist parts counter customers with selecting automotive parts and accessories

Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

Locate, source, and order parts efficiently and accurately

Prepare invoices and coordinate parts deliveries for wholesale customers

Build and maintain strong wholesale account relationships

Proactively solicit and grow wholesale business opportunities

Maintain accurate inventory and parts documentation

Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers

Support daily parts department operations in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications

Automotive parts counter or wholesale parts experience preferred

Ford parts experience is a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment

Computer and inventory system experience preferred

Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
