On-Call Hospice RN: After-Hours Care & Support

MJHS

MJHS Hospice is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide after-hours on-call visits for urgent physical and psychosocial issues. You will coordinate with the on-call team to address patient needs and establish safe plans of care. As a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with NYS RN licensure (NY licensure preferred) and a willingness to pursue CHPN certification within one year, you will support families during life-limiting illness and end-of-life care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
