Distribution Admin Specialist I (Entry Level)

FULL-TIME

1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position Summary Ensures that SENCO’s inventory gets shipped out promptly and effectively. Accurately tracks and records placed shipments in compliance with company standards. Primary Responsibilities Works with the shipping carrier to schedule inventory pick-up. Work closely with Customer Service to push through any order requests, for example, emergency requests, cancel requests, or rush requests. Pull delivery receipts and upload and file them in the correct location. Communicate frequently between SENCO’s Customer Service team and Sales Team. Communicate professionally to both internal and external customers. Print and input customer orders into JDE. Create BOL’s. Do other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of previous experience is highly preferred. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience with JDE is strongly preferred. Is proficient in Microsoft Office. Has a strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to work with little supervision. Requirements Can commute to the office daily. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to walk throughout SENCO’s manufacturing campus, up to 530,000 square feet.
