Bilingual Referral Coordinator — Patient Access

To Help Everyone in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a referral clerk to assist patients with referrals and connect services with outside resources. The role uses Medpoint, RPS, and eConsult to process referrals for insured and uninsured patients in the Los Angeles County area. Responsibilities include confirming insurance status, referring uninsured patients to public resources, coordinating with in-house retinal screening and telederm, and communicating with Health Care LA IPA. #J-18808-Ljbffr To Help Everyone
