Job Title Senior Finance Business Partner Department James | James Administration Position Summary The Senior Finance Business Partner for University Hospital is a strategic partner who provides financial and operational leadership across all Hospital settings, including ambulatory, inpatient, community and population health programs. This role focuses on delivering strategic finance insight, leading budgeting and reporting activities, and driving analytics and decision support for the entire organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute finance strategy for University Hospital, identifying opportunities to grow the business and deliver greater value. Act as finance officer for the hospital, overseeing monthly financial reporting and annual budget preparation. Lead the business analytics/decision support infrastructure, offering coordinated resources for business planning, strategic planning, and ROI analysis. Provide insights and support to clinical operations across all hospital settings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Minimum twelve years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a finance role within a health‑care environment.
