Overview Lead Program Manager Location Plano, Texas (Onsite) Employment Type Contract Responsibilities Orchestrate delivery across technology, analytics, marketing, and line-of-business teams. Manage the execution of the program roadmap and dependencies across various channels and platforms. Establish a scaled operating cadence and delivery governance, including intake, prioritization, and release planning. Track program health, milestones, risks, and financials to ensure alignment with objectives. Support the scaling of program experiences and drive sustainable growth. Drive resource planning and capacity alignment to meet program demands. Compensation & Benefits The estimated pay rate for this position is between $80.00 and $85.00 per hour.
