Job Description

A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking a 3rd Shift Metal Finisher to prepare and finish metal components used in demanding applications. This hands-on position involves deburring and other metal-finishing processes, with previous metal deburring experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect metal castings according to established work instructions and quality standards
• Perform deburring, grit blasting, degreasing, water washing, and other required finishing processes
• Perform black light rework as required
• Handle precision components carefully throughout the finishing process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous metal deburring or metal finishing experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and established quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift
• Ability to work the regular Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule

The base pay for this position starts at $19+ per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
