Mission Critical Construction Project Manager (Hyperscale Data Center)

Job Title: Mission Critical Construction Project Manager Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in successfully executing integrated delivery projects. As a Mission Critical Construction Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration, working across departments to ensure projects are on time and within budget. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades. Ability to travel 50% out of town to customer sites. Experience with mission-critical electrical & mechanical power distribution systems (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches like ATS/STS). At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Hyperscale Data Center experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment. Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise up to 5 team members, providing feedback and support. Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, ensuring policy compliance in partnership with HR.
