Qualifications A minimum of 5 years in construction management and project management within Mission Critical/Data Center environments. Proven experience in telecommunications, commercial electrical work, and emergency power systems. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, PLCs, EMSBs, and Data Center infrastructure. Strong understanding of building architecture and MEP construction. Expertise in OSHA guidelines and safety standards. Proficiency in managing complex construction projects with a focus on zero outage goals. Extensive background / knowledge working in/with Telecom Commercial electrical work Emergency generators PLCs (Power Logic Controllers) EMSBs (Emergency Switch Boards) Cooling Towers
