What’s the opportunity? As part of the Adoption organization, the Product Specialist will analyze business requirements and translate them into Zenoti product features for adoption by existing customers. You will use functional skills, in‑depth product knowledge, and customer insight to identify pain points and configure product functionality in the Zenoti application. You will train customers on the platform and help them achieve business goals through increased adoption of our solutions. Requirements What will I be doing? Partner with customers to lead implementations for feature add‑ons and enhancements to their Zenoti solution. Understand customer business requirements, define scope, plan and implement enhancements and adoption of Zenoti software features to streamline operations and drive increased revenue. Handle customer adoption procedures independently while delivering excellent customer service. Lead demos, training, walkthroughs and solution reviews through excellent customer presentations. Drive proofs of concept and pilots for high‑priority and complex customers. Proactively identify and mitigate significant risks, unknowns and issues to the implementation plan; address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Stay up‒to‑date on Zenoti product knowledge, business workflow, process and market positioning. Maintain thorough documentation and follow organizational processes to ensure successful implementation of Zenoti software features. Communicate across groups and articulate compliance and risk management needs. What skills do I need? 10 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise SaaS products. Strong software background and ability to master product functionality; translate complex requirements into coherent product design and configuration. Solid business consulting experience or equivalent in an external customer‑facing role. Fast learner of enterprise applications; experience implementing cloud solutions. Ability to communicate business terms with nontechnical stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions. Experience in driving technical discussions, discovery workshops, mapping business requirements to product functionality for maximum impact. Excellent verbal and written communication, especially around requirements and solution documentation. Ability to manage multiple projects; experience working with remote teams across time zones. Strong demonstration, training and presentation skills. Logical, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to learn new skills and operate in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Knowledge of accounting principles, inventory management and business process optimization is a plus. Experience in the wellness/spa industry is a plus.
